The Balaka Executive Lounge is managed by the InterContinental Dhaka which makes the design and food offering very good. Sadly, the space is not large enough so during my visit, I was allowed to use the adjacent American Express Card Lounge. There is a smoking lounge, charging point, toilet and showers too. Overall, it is a nice lounge.
