Finished Empty House Tour! | Ryan Homes Versailles 2 Elevation L - New Home Construction

A few weeks have passed in this second Versailles build, and with closing here, it's time for a finished empty house tour!

In this video, you'll see a full exterior and interior tour of this Ryan Homes Versailles Elevation L model. This includes all sides and areas of the exterior of the property, including the front and rear covered porches. You'll also be able to see the exterior color and material selections for the home, from the ledgestone water table, to siding, bronze windows, and the various craftsman-like details included in Ryan's L and K elevation styles.

Along the interior, you'll see each and every room of the home - all living spaces, the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms including the owner's bedroom suite, and the finished basement with the home office area as well. You'll also be able to see the various finishes chosen for the home. That includes those that come with the Lewis interior package - from engineered hardwood flooring choice, quartz countertops, ceramic tile, carpet, and more. However, this also includes selections for Timberlake cabinetry (Sonoma Painted Vanilla), trim, door and stair rail selections, upgraded interior lighting packages, Kohler fixtures, and more!
