I am Jessica CZT, Certified Zentangle Teacher. I live stream and post videos of teaching Zentangle® and Zentangle Inspired Art. We begin with gratitude and leaving all of our worries, troubles and stress outside tangle time. This is a space to surrender and take time out for you. This became my way to meditate, clear my mind and go on a self journey of creativity. For me tangling is all about the journey to the end of the tangle and the tangle is a bonus at the end. The reason you decide to tangle can be one of many. Meditative, creativity, anxiety relief, stress relief, self care or for fun.
