Описание:
Two-node AG setup on VMware steps:
Install SQL Server on both nodes.
Enable Always On in SQL Configuration Manager on both nodes.
Restart SQL services.
Create database on Node1.
Take full + log backup and restore on Node2 with NORECOVERY.
Create AG on Node1 → add Node2 → endpoint 5022 → sync mode → automatic seeding or manual.
Create AG Listener + static IP.
