KTM 500EXC Nomad ADV Adventure/Rally Tower Full Detailed Build/Installation (PART 1 of 3 - Teardown)

See what it takes to do a full rally / adventure tower installation on a KTM 500EXC to turn it into a super capable ultralight adventure bike (and it could be used as a rally bike too). The Nomad ADV tower gives the bike over 6000 lumens of LED lighting, a place for accessory power/switches/navigation and uses a 450RR Rally fairing to tame the wind at speed.

This first video just talks about the intention of the build, some of the benefits of the tower, how much weight it adds and goes through the teardown of the bike.
