RAW FOOTAGE - Had another guy on our street. Seems to be a weekly/bi weekly occurrence but never the same person. They actually got into the car across the street this time. What's annoying is that I was right in my front room that I could of seen it happen. Just didn't hear it. I told the neighbours and gave them this video. We never had this problem until the public housing went in about 2km away. Now the streets are full of drug addicts and thieves. Just sharing to a) show I am always watching b) get the word out about Nanaimo and its problems
