let me help you wind down for the night so you can get your deepest sleep 😴
1. first, i'll walk you through a little checklist of things you'll want to have done before bed and plucking each one off your mind as we go.
2. then i'll prompt you to do a few deep breaths with a guided box breathing exercise.
3. next, we'll go into a slow gentle guided body scan meditation to relax and release your body for rest.
4. & 5. and then if you're still awake bc there's too much on your mind, i'll help categorize all your thoughts into helpful ones to set aside just for the night and the ones you can release completely; by first doing what i call "task clipping" (like stress pulling but we're keeping them to come back to later so you don't forget), and then anxiety plucking and snipping the rest away!
