Thought I would try making one of these evaporative coolers.
Works pretty well.
Parts:
Two 2x4's, Dura Cool Pad, 3/4 inch pvc, 3/4 inch pvc elbow, 3/4 inch pvc cap, 1/2 inch vinyl tubing, adapter for tubing-pvc, 20 inch box fan, roll of wire mesh, storage box 24 inch ( i think), all from Home Depot.
Pump is from Amazon, PonicsPump PP12005 120GPH.
This only works in dry climates like Hell,,,I mean Arizona, where I am!
