There is PIDS_FILTERS_RATES_Only tunes and FULL presets.
If you are going to load the FULL preset, you will overwrite your controller assignments and OSD etc.
Going to 4.6 will wipe your quad anyway, so you will have to re-assign your controller switches and OSD etc.
