Essa é a nossa tradução/interpretação da clássica Gin and Juice do Snoop Dogg, 2° single do álbum Doggystyle lançado em 1993. A música foi produzida pelo Emanuel Dean e pelo Dr. Dre. Ela foi lançada pelo selo das gravadoras Death Row Records e Interscope Records.

Gin and Juice na época chegou ao 8° lugar do Top 10 da Billboard Hot 100 dos Estados Unidos e foi indicada ao Grammy Awards de 1995 na categoria de Melhor Performance de Rap Solo, mas perdeu para "U.N.I.T.Y." da Queen Latifah.

Já o clássico álbum Doggystyle estreou no primeiro lugar da Billboard 200, sendo o primeiro álbum de um artista estreante a conseguir tal conquista. Foi um álbum aclamado pelos críticos, mas muito perseguido pelos conservadores e aqueles que eram contra o Gangsta Rap. Doggystyle foi incluído na lista da revista The Source como um dos 100 melhores álbuns de Rap. O site About.com classificou o álbum como 18° maior álbum de Hip-Hop de todos os tempos, o álbum também foi certificado de platina quádruplo pela RIAA. Snoop Dogg conseguiu que seu álbum de estreia fosse considerado um dos hinos dos anos 90, bem como um dos mais importantes álbuns de Hip-Hop da história!
