Imara Sunday, a day on which we highlight Imara International. Imara, one of Messiah Church’s covenant mission partners, is a US-based nonprofit working in Kenya to provide an opportunity for teenage mothers to earn a high school degree and learn skills to support themselves and their children. They are building strong families and communities while breaking the cycle of poverty. During worship you will hear more about Imara and its impact on girls and children in Kenya.
