Skopje in North Macedonia is a city in the Balkans which not many know of. It is defined by its architectural style, which is a result of a make-do in 2014. But it is hilarious really, to see fake statues and buildings everywhere you look! Nothing is real, everything is newly built... it all reads like a massive joke. But hey, the bazaars and people are very cool, and while some of the history they claim is just wrong, the vibe of the city is amazing.
