I had a sudden accident where the Heater Core in my car started leaking while I was driving. Coolant leaking on the carpet is not what anyone wants. I took this opportunity to upgrade to extended heater core tubes, should make it easier to install. Heads up though, make sure you get all the air out of your coolant system before you start up the car.
Heater Core: Extended Tubes, Aluminum, Part # HC26, purchased from CJP
Heater Hose: 5/8" diam, purchased 5ft from NAPA
Thermostat Gasket: Fel-Pro, part # 35067, purchased from NAPA
The car is a 1966 Mustang Coupe with a factory V8 and 4 speed transmission.
Shot with GoPro Hero 8, with the Media Mod, edited on Davinci Resolve 16.
