1 small tomato
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3 red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
3 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1/8 tsp asafoetida
1/8 tsp fenugreek seeds or methi seeds
1 tbsp lime juice
coriander leaves
salt to taste
