PM Modi: India Wins Hearts, Not Wars, Through Faith and Balance

Speaking at the Somnath Swabhiman Parv in Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a strong civilisational message, saying India has never believed in defeating others through force but in maintaining balance and winning hearts through faith.

PM Modi said Indian culture does not promote hatred and that power in India’s tradition does not come with arrogance or destruction. He warned that civilizations which attempt to rise by erasing others ultimately disappear from history.

Highlighting India’s spiritual philosophy, the Prime Minister said hearts cannot be won at the point of a sword, and stressed that India has taught the world how to coexist, not conquer.

His remarks came during celebrations marking Somnath’s enduring legacy as a symbol of resilience, faith, and India’s civilisational continuity.
