1920 London is a supernatural horror film that tells the story of Shivangi (Meera Chopra) and her husband, Veer (Vishal Karwal), who are living a happy and successful life in London. However, their lives take a drastic turn when Veer receives a mysterious gift from Rajasthan, India.

As soon as Veer comes into contact with the gift, he begins to experience strange and terrifying occurrences. His physical, spiritual, and mental condition rapidly deteriorates, leaving Shivangi desperate for help.

Seeking a solution, Shivangi turns to Jai (Sharman Joshi), a spiritual healer with expertise in exorcising evil spirits. As Jai delves deeper into Veer's case, he discovers that the gift has unleashed a malevolent entity that has taken possession of Veer's body.

As Jai performs a series of rituals to exorcise the evil spirit, Shivangi uncovers shocking truths about Veer's past and the mysterious gift. With each passing day, the evil spirit grows stronger, and Shivangi must race against time to save her husband.
