✨How is the Waste Plastic Recycling Line recycle plastic?
The main working steps of the granulation production line:
Step 1
Belt conveyor: The plastic material is fed into the unit using a conveyor belt.
Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with contrl system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.

Step 2
Compactor Agglomerator: where the material is cut, heated, mixed and dried.

Step 3
a. Extruder 1: the material is then plasticised and degassed in the extruder;
b. Filtered of any contamination.
c. Extruder 2: the material is then well plasticised
d. Filtered more contamination.
The material is finally made homogeneous
degassed to remove volatiles in the melt.
The extruder consists of a gearbox (high torque, low noise, external cooling circulation system), a nitrided 38CrMoA1 screw, a barrel (38CrMoAlA, nitrided, cooled by a cylinder fan, controlled by a temperature controller), and a vacuum system.

The good quality pellets will be conveyed to cyclone silo.
