A wonderful day-hike on May 11th 2024 on Night Cap Ridge. Started from Kennedy Meadows off Hwy 108. After several false peaks, finally reached Night Cap Peak. Followed with a messy descent down to Kennedy Lake trail and back to the meadow. Good snow and great weather for this quite challenging hike. Nice views started to appear quite soon after the departure, and continued to the last descent. This was a great hike - as it had everything one might ask for.
