Baking In An Air Fryer - Marble Cake So Tasty

Here are the ingredients to our Marble Cake.
6oz or 175 grams of self raising flour,
6 oz or 175 grams of cooking margerine,
6 oz or 175 grams of castor sugar,
one and a half level teaspoons of baking powder,
3 eggs,
1 level teaspoon of coco powder,
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Mix the flour, baking powder,and margerine and add in the eggs
to make the cake batter.

Divide the mixture into 2 bowls and add the coco powder to one bowl and the
vanilla to the other bowl and mix.

Butter and flour your cake tim and add both cake batters into the tin with a spoon
making sure you create alternate spoonfulls till all the batter is used.

Drag a knife through the mixture to create the marblelled effect.
Place in your Air Fryer and cook on the Airfry setting at 160 deg C for 40 minutes.
Remove cake and stick a knife in to see if it's cooked all the way through.
If not, cook for a further 10 mins till cooked.
Place cake on a cooling tray and enjoy when its cooled down.
