Aldi made false statements to the planning officers in respect to the number of HGV deliveries required to service the store. They also made false statements in respect of the size / length of the vehicles in use - thus the vehicles mount the pavement when leaving potentially hitting pedestrians on the foot path.
Then ignoring the safety Cut off of 09:30 proceed to bring in vehicles across the School children's route to school
