Ritika Verma, a graduate of Miranda House College, Delhi University with a B.Sc. Honours in Mathematics, hails from Bihar. She secured the commendable 25th rank on her fourth attempt at the UPSC CSE 2023. Her academic journey, coupled with her optional subject in mathematics, laid a strong foundation for her success. Coming from a family where father is in Govt job and mother is a homemaker, Ritika has been deeply influenced by a culture of public service. In her leisure time, she enjoys reflective journaling, poetry writing, and reading fictional books, which enhance her creative and empathetic skills crucial for civil services. Ritika's determination and scholarly depth make her journey a motivating story for aspiring civil servants.

Neha Rajput, originally from Jalgaon, Maharashtra, completed her MBBS at Seth G.S. Medical College, Parel, Mumbai. She achieved an impressive 51st rank on her first attempt at the UPSC CSE 2023. Neha has not only excelled academically but has also been actively involved in various initiatives, such as the MAA initiative for breastfeeding awareness and the national COVID-19 response. Her interests include literature and journaling, alongside exploring Warli paintings, showcasing her appreciation for culture and art. Neha’s academic excellence and dedication to public service are inspirational for all UPSC aspirants.
