It is my belief that meaningful art and community connection comes from shared personal experience, and I create my videos from my own ASMR experiences of relaxation and my preferred ASMR aesthetic. I use my personal auditory and visual preferences, as well as your suggestions and feedback to create sounds that are soothing to my ears as I record, with the deepest hope that you, too will find the sounds and aesthetics of my videos soothing, calming, relaxing - and of course, TINGLY!
My personal aesthetic often features ear to ear or binaural whispering, mouth sounds, hand movements, and intense or clicky-sounding whispered speech.
PLEASE NOTE that ASMR is by definition extremely subjective and your individual preference and taste is very important! My content may not be the type of stimulus that works for you - and that’s okay! There is so much wonderful and relaxing content out there, and it is my most sincere wish that each and every one of you find the content that is most soothing and relaxing for YOU 💛

ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria” characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control (Wikipedia).
