Vestibular Rehabilitation: Left Optokinetic (OPK) with Gaze Fixation

This exercise is meant to work on gaze stabilization. Keep your focus on the dot in the centre and do not let the optokinetic stimulation in the background force your eyes off the target.

Aim for 10-20 seconds per rep. Rest for 10 seconds and repeat 2 more times. Do this for 3 sets, 2-3 times per week.
