In this video I take you through the tips, tricks and tools I learned during my own experience as a beginner to running. I trained for 5 months leading up to my very first half marathon and not only improved far more than I thought I could as someone who has always hated running, but also finished in under 2 hours. I crushed my goals and learned so much crucial information about myself and running along the way.
