Monday

Tuesday (Mexican Tuesday)
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs + avocado toast + orange slices
Lunch: Chicken quesadillas with fruit salad
Dinner: Steak Quesadillas with Black Bean Salsa, sour cream, and Mexican rice

Wednesday
Breakfast: Banana-sour cream cake (served as a breakfast cake) + hard-boiled eggs
Lunch: Classic Layered Salad + toast or roll
Dinner: Grilled Bruschetta Chicken with Parmesan Roasted Potatoes & broccoli

Thursday
Breakfast: Greek yogurt parfaits with granola & berries
Lunch: Prosciutto & Mozzarella Panini with roasted red pepper strips
Dinner: Italian Beef Sandwiches (slow cooker) with Garlic Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

Breakfast: Bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches
