I just picked up this Japanese Milled-Tooth File on my last order from Lee Valley Tools. Just thought i would give it a try while carving the Slicoustic neck and it did not disappoint!
In this video I turn a nice palm handle out of some scrap maple for the file then give it a try on the acoustic guitar neck. This file can move some material quickly and doesn't easily clog up!
