Hello friends, welcome back, for this christmasy adventure, we are going to celebrate a Victorian Christmas!

Pour cette vidéo, je souhaitais faire un retour dans le temps en vous proposant le point de vue de l'Angleterre Victorienne, préparation d'un bon gateau, histoire de fantomes et décorations vintage sont au programme. N'oubliez pas de prendre un bon chocolat chaud et de vous blottir dans un plaid !

🍰 RECIPE
FR. Pour la genoise : 120g de sucre, 4 oeufs, 120g de farine et un sachet de levure. Préchauffez le four à 180°, beurrez votre moule.
Puis battez ensemble le sucre et les œufs jusqu'à ce que le contenu triple de volume et blanchisse. Puis incorporez délicatement et petit à petit la farine et la levure. Enfournez pendant 30min.

Pour la mascarpone: mélangez ensemble un pot de mascarpone, de la crème épaisse 30g matière grasse, extrait de vanille jusqu'à ce que la crème tienne en faisant le fameux "bec" d'oiseau.

ENG. For the cake: 120g of sugar, 4 eggs, 120g of flour and a sachet of baking powder. Preheat the oven to 180°, butter your mold. Then beat together the sugar and the eggs until the contents triple in volume and whiten. Then gently and gradually fold in the flour and baking powder. Bake for 30min.

For the mascarpone: mix together a jar of mascarpone, heavy cream 30g fat, vanilla extract until the cream holds together, making the famous "bird's beak".
