Again this is as the storm was moving in. I had just dropped someone off behind Walmart south of Charleston.Notice the transformer blowin,the high winds and the stop lights instead of hanging down as normal are pointing due north.In was being blown all over the road although you cant tell it here and all sorts of debris was hitting the car.This was about as close to being a tornado if it wasnt one to begin with.
