Fossibot F1200 Power Station - the cheapest Kilowatt on Amazon - short review.

This unit is available for about 420 Euros on Amazon right now. That makes it the cheapest brand powerstation.
Let's figure out if it's a good deal. It is if you can live with a couple of quirks.

It has a good efficiency of around 85% for AC discharge already at 200W.
Small loads however have way worse efficiency, as the device needs over 20W to run itself.
It features multiple charging speeds up to 1000W with very good efficiency of 89%.
Unfortunately it can only charge through solar at 200W and solar charging has a lower priority than the AC connection.
The device has an undocumented idle power-off function that makes it unsuitable for standalone installations, it will power off if idle for 8 hours, or 30 minutes on USB. This also applies to UPS mode.
It runs loads up to 1200W resistive load, but it cannot be used for 800W or larger A/C cooling devices.
