Introducing the first vehicle to join our refreshed Chasing Cars long-term test fleet: a group of cars that our journalists run for 10,000km to see what they’re really like far beyond the test drive or a week-long review.
We’ve chosen the 2022 i20 N to join our test fleet to find out if this pint-sized hot hatch is the giant-killer everyone is saying it is - including other publications. Chasing Cars road tester John Law will be the custodian of this $33,490 i20 N in Polar White with a contrasting black roof.
The i20 N has a 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine making 150kW of power (201 hp) and 275Nm of torque. It competes with the Ford Fiesta ST and Volkswagen Golf GTI.
