The Yankees are Running Out of Numbers...

In 2023, the Yankees requested MLB to stop issuing numbers to coaches and managers. They are simply running out of good numbers, and it's because they've retired nearly a quarter of all numbers available.

This video is an audit of the Yankees retired numbers. I'm pretty lenient, but at least 5 of their numbers were retired too hastily, in my opinion.
