The Bay Cycle Way, National Cycle Route 700, is an 80 mile route from Walney Island to Glasson Dock. It runs around Morecambe Bay, through fascinating scenery, wildlife and history. It’s mainly on quiet roads, but with some tracks and paths, and much of it is pretty flat.
We did the Glasson Dock section in 2022, this video is further north. We started at Hest Bank, just outside Morecambe and finished at Arnside. We included a brief extra to Jenny Brown's Point.
