Join me on a sunny day in Nice, Southern France as I head out on a long run in some of the hills at the edge of the city! Nice is a beautiful place to train. We're starting on the promenade, and heading up a big hill - and down again! As always on the Riviera, the weather is excellent and winter temperatures are ideal for endurance sports like running and cycling! Let's go!
