Dan and I head to Turangi late Friday night for some "weekend chrome", the river was busy, but we managed quite a few nice Rainbow's amongst the rafters, kayaker's and other anglers.
With temperatures at night down as low as -7 degrees, early starts were not much fun at all, daytime temperatures were also very cold, struggling to reach above about 6 degrees.
