Iggy has to go to the hospital to get his tonsils removed, and Heathcliff wants to visit him, but the hospital has a strict "No Pets Allowed" rule. He tries to escape the burly head nurse, who throws him out repeatedly. Heathcliff comes up with a disguise that fools her (Dr. Von Fraque)! The question is, do you tweek the farble, or farb the tweeker? And what's a pickaflateran?
After Hector yells at Riff Raff for always being late for gang meetings, Riff Raff quits the gang. Hector becomes the new leader, but quickly discovers that it's not all that it's cracked up to be. Shorty, is coming to town, to challenge the new leader of the Catillac Cats and he's HUGE (according to Riff Raff)!
