In this Farm & Market Garden Tour we are revisiting the Bullaun Ark in Loughrea Co. Galway (Ireland). Charles and Shannon have made amazing progress in establishing a sustainable food production system with many rare exotic vegetables, herbs and fruits. The No Dig method is really helping to develop a soil structure promoting healthy soil biology which in turn means healthy vigorous plant growth. The highlight of the tour is undoubtedly the insulated double skinned polytunnel freshly built this Spring. Vegetable boxes are available weekly directly at the farm. Links below.
