TOM BOYLE, The Pioneer Bodyboarder, Photographer and Filmmaker, was on fire when he created The Bodyboarders Video Magazine Series in the late 80s and 1990s. Winter on the Rock was produced in 1989 and is just the 2nd Edition, with many more to follow.
