ご覧のとおり、この滝は 空から見れば存在がはっきりわかるのに、地上から俯瞰できるポイントがほとんどない ため、普段は 沢登りの達人しか辿り着けない “知る人ぞ知る滝” です。

沢登りの方が訪れるのは夏が中心と思われるため、紅葉に包まれた地蔵滝をここまで近距離で捉えた映像は、かなりレア といえるかもしれません。🍂✨
ほとんどの人が存在すら知らない滝なので、その価値がどれほどかは……正直わかりませんが（笑）

近寄ってみると、滝を形づくる岩壁は美しい 柱状節理 に覆われ、規模以上に “蔵王らしい雄大さ” を感じさせる立派な滝でした。⛰️💧

This is an aerial video of Jizo Falls, a tiny and extremely hidden waterfall tucked away in the mountains of Zao, Miyagi. 🍁🚁

As you can see, while the waterfall is clearly visible from the air, there are almost no vantage points on the ground from which you can overlook it.
For that reason, it is known only to a few — mainly master-level stream trekkers who have the skills to reach it.

Since most stream climbers visit in summer,
capturing Jizo Falls up close during the autumn season is likely quite rare and may be something few people have ever seen. 🍂✨

Because the waterfall is so unknown that many people don’t even realize it exists, its “value” is… honestly uncertain (lol).
However, when approaching it by drone, you can clearly see that the rock face forming the falls is made of beautiful columnar joints, giving this small waterfall an unexpectedly majestic “Zao-like” presence. ⛰️💧
