Can I get the Garrard 11a motor I picked up at RetrotechUK 2025 to run? Please note - this is not a tutorial though I do discuss some of the issues and dangers associated with working on gramophone motors, especially the springs.
I strongly recommend using a competent repair person if you have a gramophone motor that needs spring repair work. I will not be covering it on this channel as it gramophone springs are powerful and can be dangerous to handle
