Planning dahlia based wedding flowers for a September wedding x

Flower farmer and florist Georgie Newbery of Common Farm Flowers takes a tour of the dahlia patch choosing varieties for a September wedding. This wedding was postponed at the beginning of the first lockdown and is only now finally to take place in September, 2022, so the planned tulip mix is long gone, but we have lovely zingy colours to make a similar scheme here in the garden with the wow of the dahlias. Some will be used for bouquets and posies, some in big urn arrangements, and some in a garland to sling between the marquee poles. It's going to be a full wow-factor wedding.
