Crazy that this video is finally out. I started this in backwards order, with Cybernetic Crescent on January 7th, being my first completion of 2021. Digital Descent was completed on February 3rd, and the trilogy was finished off with Artificial Ascent on March 8th. Quite a lengthy timeframe, and a VERY lengthy wait time. The time between me starting this series and this video releasing is the same as National Npesta Day and my Kenos completion.... LOL?? I gave my thoughts on the series in the video already so let's get into the levels themselves. AA was actually really good, and then speed ruins the whole level. There are more inconsistent poo timings in that part than there are half decent ones and it's seriously a bummer, because the rest of the level is super consistent and fun to play. DD is just a sh1t show (:/ i cant swear in the description bc youtube). I don't know what """"balance"""" update combi thought that was but jesus... Etzer isn't even like, THAT bad, it's just the fact it's in the level that blows my mind. Really poorly designed level, but the drop to manix actually was really fun. Everything else was either extremely average or bad (shout out to Serponge for being noticeably off grid while playing the level (HOW DO YOU EVEN DO THAT). CC just so happens to contain Vlacc's part.... and well, I died to it MANY times. It's the most level ruining part of all levels. Every single click is garbage and harder than the rest of the level combined. I can't even put into words how frustrated that part made me. I actually ended up dying at Hinds TWICE by the way.... Nasgubb wasn't a level ruiner, but it was the only other bad part, and I hated playing it because it was so awkward and uncomfortable. Every other part was extremely fun, literally no complaints. The unintentional theme I see with this series is the level being really good, and then one single part is so dogshi1t, it makes the rest of the level mind numbingly painful to play (ok maybe that was harsh, but you get the point). Keep in mind, this is all from a player's perspective, so the creators aren't really to blame, in fact, these levels look great for each of their time in my opinion. So yea I need to give my fingers a rest....
