Non-Ranch Life Special: Making Jerky (among other things)

Hope y'all enjoyed this little VLog of our Sunday afternoon! We love lounging around and taking Sunday's nice and slow. Today we had a bit more going on than usually so thought i'd share the day!
Jerky making is not something i'd call a hobby. It usually takes too long and i'm an impatient guy. But boy do I sure love the result.
I'll get this recipe down to a science eventually!

Since recording this video, I've already made another batch that turned out much better. This one was only in the dehydrator for 8 hours and still came out super dry. I'm going to try just dehydrating on medium next and see if that gets us a more consistent result! I told you guys...I'm passionate about good jerky haha

The horse we went to look at is kind of a perfect fit for Clara. We havent made a concrete decision, but might have a very special and exciting video coming soon...
