Reuben Lynch is believed to be Britain's first black toastmaster. As we await the arrival of The Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in Summer 2022, we talk to Reuben about his connections to the Commonwealth and his journey from the Caribbean island of Montserrat to his home in Bidford-on-Avon.
