Check out this relatively new craft chocolate maker out of Norway--the first bean to bar maker in Norway! Their chocolate first caught my attention with their "Vermouth O'Clock" bar, I am a sucker for Vermouth, and it has always been a favorite drink of mine... right up there with Caipirinhas. Since we already had a Tanzania origin in our collection, I thought it would be nice to compare a second Tanzania bar using the same Kokoa Kamili beans.
I suggest tasting this bar alongside the Spinnaker Tanzania (70%). You can contrast these makers and their chosen expression of these beans, you can compare their aromas, how they melt, their texture and how the flavors unfold over time, as the chocolate slowly melts.
