Today we are learn how to make delicious homemade swirl bread. In this video, I’ll take you through the entire bread-making process, from mixing the dough to achieving a golden crust. Ingredients:
4 cups of unbleached flour
1 teaspoon of instant yeast
2 room temperature eggs
1/3 cups of melted butter
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cups of warm milk
1/4 cups of cocoa powder

Instructions:
1. In large mixing bowl, add 4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 2 eggs and 1/3 cups of melted butter. Once you have every ingredient in the bowl put on hook attachment on a mixer and start to mix it together for 30 seconds. Gradually, add the warm milk to the mixing bowl where all the ingredients are in. Keep mixing until the dough comes together. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1-2 minutes, beat on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, and beat on high speed for 1 minute. Frequently. Keep mixing until the dough comes together.
2. Once the dough starts to form, you can transfer it to a baking mat or floured surface. Divided the dough into two portions. Knead it for about 10 minutes because Kneading helps develop gluten and gives the bread structure. When you poked if your dough is spring back into shape, it is ready. Set aside the plain dough on the side.
3. The other half of the dough was returned to the machine. Add the cocoa powder and mix it together until the powder covers all the dough.
4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth. Place the dough on the side.
5. Roll out the white dough first then the brown dough to the length that fits your pan. Put the brown dough on top of the white dough and roll them together.
6. Put the roll dough inside the greased bread pan. Cover the pan with a towel and let it sit to rise in the warm oven for an hour or until it reaches the pan.
7. Take out the risen dough from the oven and brush the surface of the dough with a mix of 1 tbs of egg yolk, vanilla, and milk. Sprinkle black seed (Nigella Sativa) or sesame seed. Flavorings enhance a baked good’s aroma and taste.
8. preheat the oven to 350°F or (175 °C).
9. Put the dough in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes until the dough is a light brown crust.
10. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before slicing. This allows the bread to set and prevents it from becoming soggy.
