Crispy sa labas , juicy sa loob- eto ang chicken lumpia Recipe na hindi lang masarap pang ulam , kundi perfect din na pang negosyo!
step by step kong ipapakita kung paano gawin ang lumpiang Shanghai na patok sa lasa, mura sa puhunan , at siguradong paborito ng lahat.
mga sangkap:
500 grams ground chicken breast
1 medium carrot (finely minced or chopped )
1/4 cup red Bell pepper (finely minced)
celery ( finely chopped)
onion ( minced)
garlic (minced)
4 stalks green onion ( finely chopped)
1 medium egg
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
lumpia wrapper( 75 pieces)
oil for frying
Fry for at least 4-5 mins in medium flame until golden brown .
Use strainer and paper towel to remove excess oil .
