My Entire Job Search Process, Documented (new grad, software engineering)

Guys… getting a job as a new grad was so difficult. I documented my new grad job hunt process for software engineering, and I’m here to share it with you! This was definitely one of the most humbling experiences ever :’). If you’re a new grad watching this, know that I believe in you!!! You’ll get there, I promise. Just stick with it.

The Grace Hopper Celebration which is the largest women in tech conference. If you're a student, your school will most likely fund your trip! https://ghc.anitab.org/
CodePath which is a non-profit organization that teaches FREE courses to current university students. I took their advanced technical interview prep one! There's also a career fair in October that matches you with potential employers. This is one of the best resources I used!!! https://www.codepath.org/
Leetcode which is a bank of coding questions similar to those asked during your technical interviews. https://leetcode.com/
Neetcode which provides some structure and amazing explanations for your Leetcode journey. This was very helpful!! https://neetcode.io/
Don't be afraid to cold message/email recruiters! Really put yourself out there - you never know what could happen!
And, this is gonna sound cheesy, but don't forget to believe in yourself. You're smart, and you're good at what you do. Never forget that - even when the process is absolutely terrible!
