🫙 Samagri (Ingredients):
Hari Mirch – 500 gram
Rai – 2 tbsp
Kalonji – 1 tbsp
Saunf – 2 tbsp
Methi Dana – 1 tbsp
Haldi – 1 tsp
Namak – swad anusar
Hing – 1/2 tsp
Sarso ka tel – 1 cup
Sirka – 2 tbsp
🧑🍳 Banane Ka Tarika:
1. Hari mirch ko ache se dho kar, sukhne do. Pani nahi rehna chahiye.
2. Beech se mirch me cheera laga do.
3. Ek pan me methi, rai, saunf, kalonji ko halkasa bhun lo.
4. In masalon ko thoda kasar pis lo.
5. Ab mirch me haldi, namak, hing aur sab masale daal do.
6. Sirka daalna na bhoolen – ye preserve karega.
7. Sarso ka tel garam karke thoda thanda hone ke baad mirch me daalein.
8. Sab achhi tarah mix karein.
9. Clean aur dry glass jar me bhar lein.
10. 2 din dhoop me rakhein, phir use karein.
