രേഷ്മ എഎലിന്റെ കഥ പരാജയങ്ങളെ കഠിനാധ്വാനത്തിലൂടെ മറികടക്കുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്. 2019 ൽ യുപിഎസ്‌സി ഇന്റർവ്യൂവിന് ഹാജരായ ശേഷവും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. എന്നാൽ അവളുടെ പ്രതിബദ്ധതയിലും അർപ്പണബോധത്തിലും രേഷ്മക്ക് പരീക്ഷയിൽ മികച്ച വിജയം നേടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. മാർ ഇവാനിയോസ് കോളേജിൽ നിന്ന് ബിരുദവും ഹൈദരാബാദ് സെൻട്രൽ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്ന് ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദവും പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം, രേഷ്മ ഐഎഎസ് ഓഫീസറാകാനുള്ള തന്റെ ആഗ്രഹം പിന്തുടരാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
