Hello friends! Today I am back with another recipe trial from Claire Saffitz's cookbook, Dessert Person! I decided to take a shot at her Pineapple and Pecan Upside Down Cake and let me tell you... it was AMAZING! Seriously one of the best pineapple upside down cakes that I've ever had, with some fun little twists! The recipe wasn't too difficult, however do make note that it will take a little while for the caramel to cook down. Other than that, I didn't have too much trouble making this recipe.
